• We ensure preventive maintenance of our fleet, based on service plans drafted by our technical specialist agreed by our main suppliers
  • We operate our intern garage (authorized by relevant authorities) for quick interventions, which is equipped with modern technology and highly trained technical staff
  • More than 50% of our fleet is still in the guarantee time provided by our suppliers
  • We have service and maintenance contract with Volvo network all over Europe and with Popp Fahrzeugbau GMBH Nurnberg; each of them provides us European payment guarantee
  • Volvo provides us – through Volvo Action Service (VAS) - non stop (24/7) technical service in Europe , if technical problems appear on the routes. They have mobile services, they can provide ant necessary item in very short time, they also can offer spare equipment in order to replace the damaged one and continue the route
  • Almost 80% of the Volvo service units ensure reparation for the semitrailers too
  • For Mercedes (tractor unis, light lorrys and vans) we have reparation cards - UTA. All the Sprinters are still in guarantee provided by the supplier
  • For Mercedes we use the service network of Mercedes dealers and Mercedes Benz Mobile – a separate department of Mercedes providing non stop (24/7) technical services
